What Causes Watery Yellowish Vaginal Discharge With Odour?
Partial hysterectomy completed 10 weeks ago. Heavy bright red bleeding after intercourse that subsided immediately, but this time there was severe pain afterwards and has been ongoing for 3 days. There is also a watery, yellowish discharge with a odor.

Condition need to be clinically examined as early as possible because this could be trauma, may be wound formation, or something wrong must have happened at operative site, anything could be possible in uterine cavity, and this need to be found out with clinical examination and other investigation, hope this information helps, take care.
