Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
AS you describe, you are a diabetic and a poly arthritis patient due to chikangunya.
First of all you should be under control of the diabetes.Get the blood sugar checked every month, and see that sugar is under control.
For poly arthritis i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
