What Causes Weakness After Taking Entresto For Congestive Heart Failure?

I am in congestive heart failure for which one of my mess is spironolactone. Taking .25 mil every other day. I formerly was taking it daily I have started a new med, entresto. After taking the entresto for a few weeks I am feeling very weak. My blood pressure is normally low. Last taken 109/58 pulse 58. I m guessing my potassium levels are to high?

I would suggest you to get your serum potassium measured at the earliest. Your guess may be right. Entresto (sacubitril/valsartan) may cause increase in potassium levels (hyperkalemia).
I would also suggest regular blood pressure monitoring and if your pressure is consistently low (diastolic below 60) at many times, then reduction in doses might be necessary.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
