What Causes Weakness Along With Body Ache And Pain In The Lungs?

I spent two days in the hospital due to blood loss after a colonoscopy last Wednesday. I was released yesterday as the bleeding has stopped, but I am extremely weak, achy, chills, and I have pain in my left lung when I inhale deeply. I have no fever. Is it possible I contracted pneumonia while in the hospital?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
yes it is possible and you should do at least lung xrays to verify possible pneumonia. Also,if there was general anesthesia then it is more likely that you have contracted it since intubation tune may have irritated throat.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
