What Causes Weakness Along With Dizziness And Poor Memory?
My husband has been experiencing left sided weakness, memory, focus and concentration issues and unable to multi task. He also is very tired, lightheaded and dizzy at times. He recently went into atrial fibrillation and required a cardio version that was successful. He has sleep apnea that went from very mild to severe. He had a normal CT and labs at a recent ER visit. With all that said they decided to order a MRI. It came back normal other than There are approximately 3 tiny foci of T2/FLAIR signal hyper intensity within the right frontal subcortical and left corona radiata which are nonspecific. We are concerned because he is unable to return to work with the symptoms he is experiencing at this time. Any ideas?

How old is he? Dizziness may be due to paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with hypotension with tachycardia or it may be due to BPPV or anemia or depression or viral fever or postural hypotension etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Get it done MRI angiogram, 24-hour monitoring of ECG, serum electrolytes and hemoglobin status.
Use tablet Evion LC. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/Cardiologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
