What Causes Weakness And Blocked Nose?

Recently my son had a blocked nose and while eating his breakfast one morning, he felt weak (sleepy). He was not under medication at that time. When home, he slept through the whole afternoon. After that he was Ok and finished the porridge that I gave him. What is the possible cause of the weakness?

HI.
The nasal blockage in the day-time may not probably cause sleepiness.
The possible cause can be fatigue , stressed out, may not have slept in the previous night.

Well this is an indication that you get him investigated and treated accordingly.
He needs an MRI / CT and ENT opinion.
