What Causes Weakness And Chills In A Child?

My 5yr son randomly wakes up, looks super weak and shaky, his lips are always pale.... He s miserable for an hour or 2, pukes, then immediately falls asleep. That repeats throughout the day, and he s usually fine by evening, and is starving for dinner. this has been happening for a while , no results from the Doctors
