Hello,

Delayed menstruation or irregular menstruation is commonly seen when your body is under stress or weak. You said you had dengue and I hope you underwent treatment for the same and feeling better now.

It's possible that due to the weakness and stress the menstruation is delayed.

I would suggest you wait for a week or two as sometimes it takes up to a month.

If even after that you won’t get your periods then take a urine pregnancy test if it comes negative then I would suggest you visit a gynaecologist.

After examining you she will be able to guide you further on this. She might ask you to get some blood tests done or ultrasound abdomen was done.

As per the results, she will assure you and prescribe appropriate medicines if required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
