General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for asking a question at HCM

I will be glad to answer it for you

If you are treated for the urine infection last year, and if you are fine later, the present weakness is unrelated to the previous urine infection.

2 to 3 kg weight loss in 6months may be insignificant. If it is more than 4.5kg in 6 months, it is significant.

Now what I suggest you is get a Master check up done, mainly hb, complete hemogram and ESR, LFT, Renal function tests, Ultrasound, and X ray chest done once. We can sort out it any abnormality.

For now, I advise you to start on Multivitamin tablets and complete the course for a month

Hope this helps

Best Regards

Dr Chaithanya
