What Causes Weakness And Fatigue After Taking Cortisol?

i have adrenal insufficiency..diabetes insipidus..and hypothyrodism..yesterday my endocrinologist switched me from prednisone to cortisol. I was suppose to take 2 tablets this morning but i only took 1..all day today i have been sluggish..and extremely weak.. I want to know if this is a serious situation to where i must call her right away.. Thank you, Cheryl

The symptoms are because of adrenal insufficiency and hypothyroidism. Treatment of adrenal insufficiency has different variables like men and women require different treatment. Mineralocorticoid deficiency requires fludrocortisone therapy. Women require androgens

Here you still have symptoms of insufficiency that mean medicines must be taken regularly to maintain hormonal levels in the blood.
