What Causes Weakness And Headache After Unprotected Sex?
HI i have a unprotected sex 1 year back , checked HIV for 8 times , but all negative , i am just getting weak now and lost 4 KG of weight , i have always headache and weakness and dark circle below my eyes , what can be the reason , it can be a Laprosy ?

It could be anything but not HIV if you have had no re-exposure after that unprotected activity some 1 year ago as you have crossed the maxm window period of HIV.
If you are not taking food / sleeping regularly( due to anxiety) , then you may even lose weight and dark circles around eyes.
Leprosy does present with headache and weakness.
