Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Weakness and heaviness in the chest and arms may be due to bronchial asthma or respiratory failure or cardia depression or Gerd or stroke or multiple sclerosis etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ECG, chest x-ray, MRI brain and consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
