General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The weakness seems due to low haemoglobin (possibly from excess blood loss during D&C procedure ago).
The low urine output sounds to be acute urinary tract infection due to low water intake, vaginal infection or else.
Plenty of liquids, urinary antibiotics, according to the urine culture, correction of anemia will be the prime factors to recover in this case.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
