What Causes Weakness And Muscle Pain In The Neck And Shoulders?

Good day sir, sir i have a problem in my muscles,the muscles around my necck are really weak, when i weight something on my shoulders i could not sleep many days...because of pain in my muscles ..!! so plzz suggest me something ..?? can i use nerobian tablets??

Hi,

Having weakness and muscle pain in the neck and shoulders can happen commonly and most of the time is not something to worry. If these last for a long time (more then 2 weeks) then you will need to consider a visit to rule out other causes of the symptoms (miopathy or rheumatologic causes).
As for neurobion tablets, they contain vitamin B, they generally help with neuropathy if it is due to B deficiency. If your symptoms are due to neuropathy from vitamin B deficiency then they will help.
