What Causes Weakness And Nausea While Sexually Active?
Hello doctor, I m 19 . About three months ago I lost my virginity to my boyfriend and we ve been having sex almost everyday since. But a couple times I felt weak and nauseous after, I lose all my energy and anything that touches my stomach bothers me. Tonight it s worst than ever
You mentioned only few details of your health issue. I would suggest my patients who come to me with the following: 1) If the nausea and weakness occur during the sexual activity, it's not any pathological as some people experience nausea during intercourse, it's normal. 2) If it occurs well after the intercourse, it may be migraine headache. 3) If you had missed your periods, it's better to check with home pregnancy test kit. 4) Nausea and weakness can be prodromal symptoms of migraine headache.
Try to check the above and if your problem still persists, please consult your physician.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
