What Causes Weakness, Dizziness, Vomiting And Nausea?

Dizzy weak can not concentrate vomiting naseous for about 4 weeks I can t stand it anymore also migraines that make me vomit sometimes I feel like my head is going to explode my doctor said if it s still happening in 4 to 6 weeks come back I can t take it anymore

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have problem of weakness, dizziness, vomiting and nausea which is also known as vertigo. Well there can be many reasons for dizziness and nausea that is low blood sugar and iron level, Ear infection, Due to some medication, Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Meniere's disease and Migraine. You should take proper rest , avoid bending forward , take a light walk daily and drink green tea thrice a day. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , blood test , rotatory chair test, posturography and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics ( gentamicine ) at least for 10 days , hearing aid and recommend vestibular therapy.
