What Causes Weakness In 92 Year Old Having Pacemaker?
My 92 year old mother became very weak this morning in church. We left immediately. She rested for 2 hours and was fine. This happened 7 months ago, and they took her off one of her blood pressure pills. We had three trips tot he hospital for observation and they found nothing. She has been fine, and now it has started up again. She refuses any anxiety pills. We did have a busy day yesterday. She has a pacemaker and the checks show nothing.

Regarding your concern, first I would recommend to check carefully blood pressure and if necessary to reduce any medications or doses (if hypotensive episodes are noticed). After that, a comprehensive study of pacemaker issues should be performed; including sensing and pacing function, as well as ruling out the pacemaker syndrome possibility (don't know exactly pacemaker module).
The last, but not the least e thorough neurological examination should be performed for you 92 year old mother by a neurologist (after checking a full blood tests series).
