Hi I got severe chronic neurological change right s1and change at right level l5 roots and really weakness in my legs and pins needles in my head and hands toes I got symmetrical spinal posture I am on medication it s not helping can u please help I am really worried and stress out

I suggest you to see a neurosurgeon as soon as possible to check if there is any compression and could it be resolved surgically or not. You also need to get treatment like medicines and physiotherapy as well.
