What Causes Weakness In Hips, Thighs, Neck And Shoulders?

Hello I have been getting weaker and weaker over time and it s mostly in my hips, thighs, neck, shoulders, and upper arms. I also am starting to have problems with lifting my arms and I am very tired and need to take naps frequently. I have some pain but it varies over time with the location and the intensity, what does this sound like?
