What Causes Weakness In Knee After Exercising?

Yes, my problem is I have weakness in both knees after over exercising about two weeks ago. I thought it would go away after about a week; however, now I have this burning sensation around the lateral collateral ligament in the back of both knees. What can I do for this problem to get better? Should I be continuing with a light walking exercise?

hello,
may be have you muscles injured due to excises.
so stop excise for 2 or 3 days and watch for your complains.
if pain is relief so take rest 10-15 days for excises.
