What Causes Weakness In Leg And Flashes Of Bright Light?

hello my mother is a diabetic. she recently expressed to me that she was having odd weakness in her left leg. A;so she was feeling weak after a flash of bright light. I would like to know what these symptoms mean and if it could be potentially related to a stroke?

I suggest it can be due to her diabetes too. So check her sugar and blood pressure. If she feels imbalance, unable to move legs as well also speech problem with headache and all then you need to do mri brain and see there is nothing wrong till then it's fine. But in any emergency you can always rush to hospital for further scanning and evaluation. Take care
