For the past 3 weeks I didn t take that medicine it was out of stock. Please give me a good medical advice why and what to take. Thank you.
The symptoms are likely due to hypothyroidism and its related complications. Hypothyroidism is associated with vitamin B12 deficiency so I would recommenced you to start taking duet rich in vitamin B12 like vegetables and meat and to cover your calcium deficiency take milk with supplements. Most importantly check your thyroid levels as you may also need to titrate up your dose of thyroxine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
