What Causes Weakness In Legs Before A Bowel Movement?

Sometimes before I have a bowel movement my legs feel really weak, as if I ran a marathon. Overall I feel exhausted and I m fine after using the bathroom. Often exhaustion and leg weakness is accompanied by a horrible lower back pain as well. Why does this happen?

this is due to deranged Apana Vayu function. these resembles Gridrasi (sciatica) in ayurveda there are two types of sciatica in first pain starts from back radiates to buttocks, thigh, legs and in other pain is not radiating this is labelled as Gudaghata Vata. some carminative are useful consult ayurvedic doctor
