Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
It's common for people with
lupus to experience muscle aches and pain (myalgias) or have inflammation of certain muscle groups (
myositis), which causes weakness and loss of strength. and More than 90 percent of people with lupus will experience it
This weakness may be caused by an underlying medical problem, such as
anemia,
fibromyalgia,
depression, or a
kidney or
thyroid problem. And in some cases, it can be a side effect of medication
Doing exercise will help you , Although its not easy if you’re feeling tired, but exercise can actually boost your energy level
also Take time to relax before bedtime, A warm shower or bath can help.
Avoid alcohol and food or drinks that contain caffeine after dinnertime.
Don’t watch TV right before bedtime because it can be distracting. Read a book instead
sleep at least for 7-8 hour as it’s important to develop good sleeping habits
lastly if you want to have energy for the activities that r most important to u, then it’s a must. Focus on listening to ur body and saying no to activities u know will leave u exhausted. Do what u need to do for urself
finally i would strongly suggest you to see Your dr for further evaluation of the condition
I hope it help
Thanks & Get well Soon
