Hello, Arround 4 years ago (when I was 15 years old), I broke and dislocated my right shoulder. I had a surgery after a couple of days, and there are absolutely no problems with the movement of my shoulder. But, the deltoid (where the scar is) is quite a lot smaller than my left shoulder s and also a lot weaker (my whole right arm is considerably weaker). For example, I do weight lifting. On the last sets (let s say the fourth and some times the third aswell) I can do 8 reps with the left, like on the first and second set, but with the right arm on the last sets, with the same weight, I can hardly do 3-4. What should I do in order to strengthen my right arm and bring it to the same strength level with my left arm? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you very much, Tasos Notes: I am left handed, male, 19 years of age, 188cm height, 71kg weight.
