What Causes Weakness In The Arms And Legs Of A Heart Patient?
Male, 78, with quad bypass 9 years ago, no heart attack, high blood pressure controlled by systolic has had 5 episodes of a dream-like body draining experience in early morning hours. Feels lifeless like he can t move his arms or legs. Is this too much blood pressure meds or heart failure?

Need to get investigations done. BP monitoring and cardiac status. Could be a silent infarction too.... So need to go for consultation
