Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Since your age is more than 70 years, we should definitely rule out brain pathologies like Parkinson disease or multiple sclerosis for your symptoms. So consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI of brain. If MRI is normal then no need to worry much. Take calcium, vitamin D3 and B 12 supplements. Do physiotherapy, apply ice packs on affected areas. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
