General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be a sign of early arthritis. Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done for further assessment. As of now, you can take analgesics like tramadol for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
