I have an 8 mm anterolisthsis of L4 over L5 and 5mm anterosisthesis of L3 over L4. Had L4/5 Laminectomy 17 years ago. No fusion. Recently diagnosed with cauda equina compression. Much pain and weakness in legs and whole body. Is there a procedure than might relieve the pain and increase activity tolerance? also have serious degeneration in cervical spine with advanced deterioration
following 4level Laminectomy 18 years ago. I am female, 70 years old, weigh 150 lbs.

Hi! Ma'am for your age no spinal surgeon will advice you a surgery. the only treatment for you is physiotherapy. regular exercise and proper use of pain killers. for more option, your spinal surgeon can guide you well after having a look at your diagnostic tests and imaging.
