What Causes Weakness, Nausea, Pain Under The Heart When Standing And Low Blood Pressure?
I m 23 male, for about 2 days I had nausea, no strength to do almost anything and if I try to walk or stand I start to black out. If I lay straight on bed I m alright but when standing I have pain just under the heart on the left side (specifically in one point). My pressure is now 90 / 48, few hours ago it was 95 / 55 and normally I m about 130 / 55. I m of very good health otherwise, regularly exercise and I keep the same good diet for the past 5 years. What could be causing this?
Hi there, I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering There are several factors which can cause low blood pressure You need to avoid fast changing positions, try moving in slow and little steps. You should be careful about your diet, eat healthy foot and drink a lot of liquids (juice or just water) Increase daily salt in your food Young people can have low blood pressure, especially athlets, it is normal isn't a disease so you don't have to worry too much If symptoms persist better contact your cardiologist Best regards
