General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Weakness, numbness and tingling sensation what you are experiencing could be due to Vitamin B Complex and Calcium deficiencies.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take Calcium supplements in the form of syrup or tablets everyday. Improve your intake of calcium in the diet by consuming Ragi preparations and milk.
2. Take Vitamin B complex supplements in the form of capsules once a day for a month.
Gradually, your symptoms should reduce and you should start feeling better.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
