What Causes Weakness Of The Arms When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

I have been having upper arm weakness in both arms and occasional pain for a long time. They diagnosied me with Fibromylgia and Chroni Fatigue years ago but this has never went away. Doctors don t seem to know what it is and I feel frustrated every time I have a new Doc I hit a brick wall with them also. Any ideas that maybe I can bring up at next appt.?
