What Causes Weakness, Tenderness In Lower Left Abdomen And Testicles?

hi, I have a tender lower left abdomen, and tender testicles, I feel a little weak. My bowel movements are normal, so is my urination. I get this every few months. Its uncomfortable when I run or move about. not really sick just annoying. I am a 57 year old man, quite fit and healthy

You should go for an abdominal ultrasound to evaluate your abdomen organs.
It seems like an inguinal hernia by the symptoms you describe but these symptoms may be found in other medical conditions too.

Just leave an appointment with a surgeon doctor and get the ultrasound done.
