Weakness,
tiredness and fatigue are commonly caused due to poor general health condition, insomnia, poor sleep, worry, anemia, lack of exercise, stressful lifestyle, overwork, etc. You should take rest between work. Take nutritious food. Avoid stressful lifestyle & take quality sleep. Stay adequately hydrated and active, do regular exercise lose weight if over weight. Maintain food timings, take home made food rich in protein, calcium and iron. Avoid spicy oily food they trigger
migraine.
Stay well hydrated and avoid exposure to direct sunlight to avoid migraine. Avoid
constipation, take laxatives at bed time. Serious health conditions may cause similar symptoms like anxiety disorders,
acute liver failure,
chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic infection inflammation, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get routine tests & investigations done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.
