What Causes Weakness, Vomiting And Constant Burping After An Angioplasty?
My mother has recently gone through an angioplasty just a week back. While the operation went successful she had a case of Tia which got resolved in less than 24 hours. Even her ct scan report came clear. However now that she s home she s very weak and she was throwing up food for a day or 2. While her food intake has now improved she continues to burp a lot especially seeing the food. She is also complaining of slight left knee ache. Please be informed that the surgery was performed from her right leg but her left knee is hurting. Also I have noticed that she sometimes has a runny nose but only left one and she doesn t realise it. Today it happened only once though. Is it something we need to worry about or is it a normal post surgery effect?
I think the hair loss you are experiencing is not related to amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazide usage. I think it is possibly related to Hypothyroidism or low thyroid. You may need to test thyroid hormones.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
