What Causes Weight Gain After Undergoing A Laparoscopic Surgery?

I had laparoscopic surgery on 1/13/17. Had endometriosis removed as well as a cyst and scar tissue from this type of surgery 22 years ago. Doctor also had to separate by intestine from the vaginal wall as it was attached. Since this time, I have put on 10 pounds and my eating habits have not changed. What could cause this?

no weigh does not increase after laproscopic surgery... body weigh totally depends on eating habits.. avoid eating unhealthy foods,modify lifestyle.. do exercises, yoga, eat omega 3fatty acids, fibrous diet, avoid fast food..
