Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Your symptoms would lead me to primarily rule out high prolactin levels and hypothyroidism.

-what is your height and weight? How old are you?
-how long have you been trying to get pregnant?
-are your periods regular? Any problems during menstruation?
-Have you ever been pregnant?
-do you have any other health issues or take any medications?

I recommend :
- that you see an OBGYN
- Have an ultrasound abdomen to check for Polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts.
-take blood tests to check for prolactin levels, Thyroid hormone levels, and reproductive hormone levels (FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, AMH)
-do a follicular study(if cycles are regular) to see your ovulation and follicular development pattern.
-semen analysis for your husband.

Based on these findings, I could advise you further.
Please note that stress, travel, illness, sudden weight gain /loss, major lifestyle changes can also result in delayed cycles.
However, I suspect a hormonal imbalance as the cause for you.
If high prolactin levels are detected, you may need a CT scan of the brain to check for enlargement or benign tumors of the pituitary gland. In most cases, medical management alone can help control and reinstate hormone balance.

Hope this helps.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Wish you good health
