hello I have the Mirena IUD I ve gained weight I noticed fluttering in my stomach and lower back pain stomach is all so hard not painful but I m uncomfortable I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative I m also very gassy two weeks ago I also had sharp pain in my vagina I haven t had these symptoms sincw I was pregnant could the test be wrong?

get checked by gynechologist if not suitable the iud can be removed and youcan take oralcontrasceptiveget checked for all ofyour problem can go for pv examination. start taking tab omiprazol and unienzyme. repeat your pregnan cy test and blood test in laboratory for pregnancy if it is negative then pregnancy can be ruledout
