What Causes Weight Gain And Neck Pain?

My 24 yr old daughter has been having some weight gain in legs, lower back,her feet and face. She s normally tall and thin. She says her left side of her neck is hurting to the touch by her artery. She s also very tired. This is very unusual for her. Wondering if it could be thyroid related?

At age of 24 chances of weight gain, anxiety may be normal due to hormonal changes. if she is going under any type of stress than its important to suppress it. Thyroid can't be excluded. Have a complete checkup by a physician.
