What Causes Weight Gain, Full Feeling In Bladder And Less Urination?

54 years old, 5'2", 159 lbs., good medical history. i have gained alot of weight in the last 3 years and can't seem to get it off. My bladder always feels full but when I try to urinate there is hardly any release and I still feel like I have a full bladder. This feeling is very recent.

HI
Well come to HCM
This may not be the actual condition and if this is so then you have better option to clear the doubt and that is Ultrasonography this would provide the exact picture of bladder of post voiding phase, but better try to forget this feeling second some time urinary tract infection may gives such symptoms urine examination would clear the doubt, hope this helps.
