What Causes Weight Gain, Tiredness And Hard Stools?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi, I have had a massive weight gain ( 3 stone in 3 months) incresing tiredness, to where I can fall asleep at the wheel or play sport, headaches all day every day, pale around the eyes. And to the worst one is a pain in my lower bowels mainly towards the left side which is a constant and worse when I eat. Stools are either rock hard ( in which they cut and make me bleed) or diarrea? Can you give mr some advice please. Matt

Hello,

The possibility of you may be suffering from hypothyroidism.

Other possibilities like altered food habits or sedentary lifestyle may cause this.

Use high fibre diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Use syrp lactulose.

Get it done thyroid profile status. Then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
