General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

All these are part of Tobacco withdrawal syndromes. For weight loss, I would like to suggest a very good diet should be taken. That does mean only oily and spicy foods. Protein and carb-rich ( assuming you do not have diabetes) diet is advised.

Now as withdrawal syndrome is there, if you cannot tolerate then go for:
1. OTC Nicotine patch/gum - available in Amazon also.
2. If this cannot help, you have go for drugs which I am not allowed to prescribe here by the website.

So, you can have to consult with me or other doctors for that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
