What Causes Weight Loss, Blood In Stool, Loss Of Appetite And Diarrhea?

Hello, actually this question is for my dad. He is 62 years old, these are his symptoms. He has lost 15 pounds in 1 month. 6 weeks ago he started with these symptoms: dark blood in stools, little appetite (feels full), uncontrollable diarrhea, frequency of bowel movements - 10 / day, he notices when he eats fruit causes worse diarrhea. Now he has pain in his lower stomach.
