General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of weight loss, chest pain and shortness of breath can be in concern with:

- Low hemoglobin (Anemia) from loss during delivery
- Respiratory infection
- Thrombi or embolism in lungs
- Deep vein thrombus
- Over exertion or inadequate rest
- Other systemic issues

However, a detail physical examination and battery of lab tests are needed to initiate the diagnostic approach and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
