Hi,

The continuous bleeding has caused anemia which explains symptoms like shortness of breath, headache, brittle hair, hair loss, boggy eyes, loss of energy and loss of focus and also depression. If you got the abortion done by some quack or by self medication, then there could be some tissue of the fetus still left inside your uterus which could be the cause of continuous bleeding.

It is recommended that you get an ultrasound of uterus done and visit a gynecologist at the earliest to get the implanted tissue removed from uterus, if present. For anemia you can take pills or injections depending on the level of hemoglobin you have presently but getting the bleeding stopped is very important. Also, you need to consume iron rich food available in your area. Once your hemoglobin (measure of anemia) rises, all your issues will get sorted out fast.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
