I have noticed I am starting to loose weight not really trying and when I have in the past it takes forever and is difficult. I am 48 and over the past 6 to 8 months my bathroom habits have changed. I get an upset stomach out of the blue off and on. I haven t noticed that it is any one thing I m eating. I weighed 165 in july, 153 last week, yesterday at the Dr office I weighed 150 and today I weighed 147. I have also noticed over the past year my hair seems to be really thinking, my part seems to be getting wider. I have also noticed I am very thirsty all the time.
