What Causes Weight Loss In The Buttocks And Thighs?
I am 5’3” and weigh 120. However, my weight distribution has changed. Ive lost weight in my legs, thighs and buttocks but gained it in my stomach. Im 40ish, female and menstr cycles are normal. What could cause weight loss in the buttocks and thighs in a female?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think this is how a Cushing syndrom looks like. It has to do with high production of cortisol from adrenal gland or from taking corticosteroids.
I think your doctor should recommend you to check cortisol levels in blood.
