Hello,

You are suffering from a weird pressure in the lower abdomen. You are also constipated. Pressure and pain in the abdomen commonly occurs due to constipation, indigestion, pulled muscle, gastritis, GERD, IBS, cholecystitis, appendicitis, ulcer, intestinal obstruction, liver abscess, ulcerative colitis, enlarged spleen, liver, dysfunction, etc.

You should take adequate amount of water and fluids. You should take high fiber diet and stay active. Take stool softeners like docusate sodium (Colace) and docusate calcium (Surfak) moisten the stool by drawing water from the intestines. You can take laxatives, suppositories and enemas for easy bowel movement.

You can take PPIs, one stat when needed for relief from acidity or gastritis that causes pain abdomen, you can also take spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when pain for relieve. However, get clinically examined by a GP, get blood works, urinalysis, investigations & imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you pain. You will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any.
