Understanding your concern. As per your query you have weird sensation on the tongue while on Thyronorm . There can be many reason for burning sensation of tongue like fungal infection ,dry mouth ,vitamin deficiency or allergic reaction to some food. The symptoms can also occur due to side effects of certain medicine . I would suggest you to consult dentist /oral pathologist for proper examination .Doctor may order blood test, saliva test or allergic test. For now rinse mouth with cold water several times a day ,start multivitamin supplement , keep your stress level low and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and inflammation . I would suggest you to apply honey or turmeric paste at night and start taking vitamin B12 supplement. If the pain and bleeding persist then you should consult dentist/oral surgeon .
Hope your concern has been resolved. Get Well Soon. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
