In November, I had a cold or sinus infection or something....symptoms were fever and congestion and feeling weak; I was in bed for a couple days with the fever...I ve had this before; but along with this I had a feeling of something liquidy rolling down the side of my head from the upper part of my ear into my lower ear. This never completely went away it lessened but continued. It feels more weird when I first lay down but after about 5 minutes goes completely away....til I get up again then I feel it again periodically throughout the day.
